細(xì)菌耐藥問題一直是困擾醫(yī)院臨床的一大難題,“超級(jí)細(xì)菌”的不斷出現(xiàn)更是引起公眾的極大恐慌,成為全球普遍關(guān)注的公共安全問題。2014年,世界衛(wèi)生組織(WHO)發(fā)布全球細(xì)菌耐藥監(jiān)測(cè)報(bào)告顯示:2013年全球直接死于耐藥細(xì)菌感染的人數(shù)超過100萬人。鑒于細(xì)菌耐藥問題的嚴(yán)重性,2015年-2016年美英和我國等多國政府相繼發(fā)布《遏制細(xì)菌耐藥國家行動(dòng)計(jì)劃》,2016年9月二十國集團(tuán)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人杭州峰會(huì)和聯(lián)合國大會(huì)專門就細(xì)菌耐藥問題發(fā)布聯(lián)合公報(bào)和舉行高級(jí)別會(huì)議,旨在透過全球的共同努力有效解決細(xì)菌耐藥問題。

田國寶,博士,博士生、碩士生導(dǎo)師,中山大學(xué)“百人計(jì)劃”人才,中山大學(xué)中山醫(yī)學(xué)院教授。一直從事細(xì)菌耐藥機(jī)制研究,重點(diǎn)致力于臨床“最后一線”藥物多粘菌素和臨床使用最廣的β-內(nèi)酰胺類藥物的耐藥分子機(jī)制研究。研究成果先后在Lancet Infectious Diseases,Emerging Infectious Diseases,Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy,Journal of Antimicrobial Chemotherapy等本領(lǐng)域國際頂尖和主流期刊上發(fā)表SCI論文32篇,其中第一和通訊作者論文18篇,參編專著1部,以第一發(fā)明人申請(qǐng)6項(xiàng)專利。主持和作為核心骨干參與包括國家自然科學(xué)基金、國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃等基金12項(xiàng)。并入選廣東省自然科學(xué)杰出青年基金、“廣東特支計(jì)劃”百千萬工程青年拔尖人才、廣州市珠江科技新星、高等院校“千百十工程”第七批培養(yǎng)對(duì)象、高?;究蒲袠I(yè)務(wù)費(fèi)青年教師重點(diǎn)培育等人才項(xiàng)目。
